I'm driving my Jet Ski in the Lower 9th Ward in New Orleans during the flood of Hurricane Katrina. The USCG Helo is conducting an aerial search for hold outs, I was conducting evacuations in this same area. I would watch the height of the helo's, their speed and the rotor wash off the surface of the water, I didn't want to get sprayed. You can see all the debris in the water.
