The Pink Sessions 1st All-Girls ski & snowboard contest was held at Valle Nevado Saturday August 9th. Around 30 ladies showed up to slide the boxes, jump the booters, and flaunt their styliest snow gear. Some good riding went down and it was impressive to see how many women are starting to get into the sport here in Chile. Everyone showed up with a smile and positive vibes. It was a nice progression session for the chicas who charged hard and rode better than some of their guy friends do. Props out to Felipe Erlandsen who organized the event. Amber decides after feeling guilty to call the ranger station and give an anonymous tip as to where Ridge and Bridget are located. Clarke sees Ridge kiss Bridget and yells to Amber that she got what she wanted. Nick continues to search for Bridget and Ridge and finally spots a pair of skis and some footprints. Hector helps console Brooke as well as use his connections with the fire department to try to help Ridge and Bridget. Caitlin tries to calm Thomas down as well saying that Ridge and Bridget will be found.

She didn't need to play it again. She already knew it by heart.
Every word. Every note. It all came rushing back to her at the first word she heard.
Suddenly she was excited to sing the song.
She knew nick would love it.
She rushed to get dressed. Rose had packed a pair of jeans and a T-shirt and some converse.
Simple. That was good.
She ran downstairs. And all three boys were sitting on a couch waiting.
Skylar: Okay you ready to hear it!?!
Nick: Some one's excited to sing!
Joe: i'll say.
Kevin: YEAH!
Skylar: Okay. She sits on the couch across from the boys.
Skylar: Can i borrow somebody's guitar?
Im sure that if I can remember the words immediately when i hear them, i bet i'll remember how to play too.
Joe: Acoustic or electric?
Skylar: Acoustic electric.
Joe grabs a guitar off the wall.
Joe: This one okay?
Skylar: it's perfect.
Skylar strums the guitar once. And it all comes rushing back to her. Just like she planned.
She starts to sing.
" Walking along beneath the lights of that miracle mile. Me and my baby makin our way into the night."

She sang the rest of her song.

Skylar strummed the last cord.
And looked up and all three of them had looks of amazement on their faces.
Skylar: So what did ya think?
Joe: Wow.
Kevin: Did you write that? Skylar: Yeah i did.
Nick: That was....the most beautiful, amazing song...i've ever heard.
Skylar: Come on. It wasn't that good.
Joe: Skylar....i can't even make a joke...it was so...beautiful...and your voice...
Kevin: Your voice made it seem like...it really happened...like...you really had a summer fling...that you loved.
Nick: Im gonna make you randomly sing that song for me, every day.
Skylar: Right...
Skylar: well we gotta get ready nick. Horses remember?
Nick shakes his head to clear it a little.
Nick: um yeah. I guess...you sure you don't wanna play one more song.
Skylar: later. I promise.
Kevin: I'm holding you to that.
Skylar gives the guitar back to joe.
Joe: Okay i guess we'll see you guys later.
Kevin: you'll see me later too. I'm goin to the mall.
Joe: I'm going too then. I don't have anything better to do.
Nick: Okay lets go skylar.
Skylar: Okay. Lets go.
Nick and Skylar walk outside to the car.
And nick opens the door to her.

Darrent Willams- Shot Dead New Years morning (1982-2007) Sean Taylor- Died from injuries from gunshot wound while his house was broken into on Nov. 26 2007 and died at 3:30 am the next day (1983-2007) Marquise Hill- On the evening of May 27, 2007, Hill and his friend, Ashley Blazio, fell off a jet ski in Lake Pontchartrain. According to Hill's agent, Hill "ended up saving her life, keeping her calm until she could grab onto a buoy." She was rescued and sent to Tulane Medical Center. Coast Guard units searched the area. Hill's body was found by the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries around 2:15 PM CDT on May 28. (1982-2007) Korey Stringer- During a practice at Vikings training camp he suffered from complications suffered by a heat stroke. (1974-2001) Derrick Thomas- On January 23, 2000, his SUV went off the road near the Kansas City Intl. Airport, he and two passengers were thrown from the car one dying instantly and the other able to walk away, Thomas was paralyzed from the waist down, and later died on February 8, 2000 in Miami due to a massive blood clot. (1967-2000) Damien Nash- He collapsed suddenly following a charity basketball game on February 23, 2007. Nash was found unresponsive at a residence in St. Louis and was later pronounced dead. The charity event was a fundraiser to benefit the Darris Nash Find A Heart Foundation, a charity which raises funds for heart transplant research. Damien had created the charity in honor of his older brother, Darris, a recent heart transplant recipient.

Après Ski Karaoke at the BU Club Bar & Grill (Under the UFO Point). A group of (Brazilians) DESTROYED the Karaoke set with these songs. In addition to their snow gear, they brought about 5 Samba instruments (ganza shaker, a Pandeiro tambourine, and 3 different types of drums). Does anyone know the name of these songs??? These seem to be the English equivalent of playing Neil Diamond's Sweet Caroline or Garth Brooks' Friends in Low Places in a rowdy bar.
