He has a quick wit so he could make quick decisions in a tough situation. which is why he is the leader of his toa team although he and his team have seperated for now. his abilities are mainly that of all other ice toa. one of the traits of his armor is that on the back of his leg armor is a set of skis that at a thought fold down and fasten to his feet. on his island makuta are rare as the island is to the far north but even so it gets enough commerce that buying transportation south is common. the main threat to the matoran living on this island are wild rahi, that is until the makuta turned their eyes to the north.
